        What is the warranty on Radius products?

        All products have a 2 year warranty on manufacturing defects. If you have any problems with a product, please get in touch and we will do our best to help fix it, replace it or return it for you.

        I have lost or broken a part on one of your products. Do you have replacements or spare parts?

        We hold plenty of spare parts in our warehouse in the UK and with some of our distributors in different countries. Please contact us and we will sort out a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
