This UK webstore will only allow you to check out using a UK based delivery address. There are different customs and duties rules in each country which limit where we can ship to directly from the UK via e-commerce based platforms.

This is why we have seperate webstores for the EU, USA & Canada, Australia & New Zealand, and Japan. If you can't find a reseller or stock of a product in your country, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

All products have a 2 year warranty on manufacturing defects. If you have any problems with a product, please get in touch and we will do our best to help fix it, replace it or return it for you.

We hold plenty of spare parts in our warehouse in the UK and with some of our distributors in different countries. Please contact us and we will sort out a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
