The RAD-1 Shock Mounts are primarily for indoor booming with condenser pencil microphones (super-cardioid, cardioid and omni) or light short shotgun mics. The mount has light blue soft-coated universal mic clips to fit mics 19-25mm in diameter. Each mount includes a pair of standard firmness hoops (black) and a pair of soft firmness hoops (light blue).

The RAD-2 Shock Mounts are designed to be used for booming with standard length shotgun microphones. The mount has light blue soft-coated universal mic clips to fit mics 19-25mm in diameter. Each mount includes pairs of standard firmness hoops (black), extra soft hoops (dark green), soft hoops (light blue) and extra firm hoops (dark blue).

The RAD-3 Shock Mounts come with a pistol-grip handle that has a 3/8 threaded slot built into the bottom. The mount has soft-coated universal light blue mic clips to fit any mic 19-25mm in diameter. Each mount includes pairs of standard firmness hoops (black), extra soft hoops (dark green), soft hoops (light blue) and extra firm hoops (dark blue).

The RAD Shock Mount Dark Editions come in an all black & grey matte finish with no blue colour on the hoops or mic clips. The soft firmness hoops are swapped for a matte gray colour. The other hoops are the same colours as standard versions. These mounts have the same features and performance as the standard versions of the RAD shock mounts and are recommended for the same microphones.

The RAD-1 MKH50 Edition comes in an all black & grey matte finish with special mic clips to provide a customized fit for the Sennheiser MKH50 and similar square-body mics. These mounts have the same features and performance as other RAD-1 shock mounts.

The MKH50 Edition have non-coated mic clips that snap into place with the safety straps adding extra security.

The RAD-1 CCM/CMC Edition comes in an all black & grey matte finish with special mic clips to provide a customized fit for Schoeps CCM & CMC series microphones. These mounts have the same features and performance as other RAD-1 shock mounts.

Note: For CMC 6 with CUT 60 filter, the RAD-2 hoops may be used if you need a firmer suspension.

The RAD-2 Field Edition Shock Mounts are designed for use with small condenser microphones used on stands or other mounts for field recording. It comes with 3 sizes of mic clips - a pair of 19-21mm clips, a pair of 12.5-14.5mm clips and an individual 8mm (for Lemo or MZL connectors). Each mount also includes 3 pairs of suspension hoops with different levels of firmness - standard, soft and extra soft. The suspension hoops can be spaced at 25mm or 15mm apart on the mounting bracket.

We've partnered with our friends at MID49 to create the RAD-2 Camera Shoe Shock Mount. These are designed for use with short shotgun and small condenser microphones. The mount provides exceptional isolation from movement, handling noise and other vibrations. It comes with soft-coated universal mic clips to fit any mic 19-25mm in diameter. The ratcheting shoe lock ensures a secure fit on cameras and other quick connects such as ARRI adaptors which accept the square shoe plates.
